Great location, service and restaurants.

We have visited and stayed at the hotel a couple of times, but they seem to never track it, never offered an upgrade acknowledge that we are returning guests.

Great high-end hotel on the beach

Great high-end experience, typical of Four Seasons. We appreciated the welcoming glass of champagne after our trip. Our large, quiet room was on a high floor with a balcony looking toward the waterway and Miami beyond. Ultra-clean! We sat in the lobby just to absorb the history of the place. Our dinner at the Surf Club was delicious and perfect, the cherry on the top of our stay. Hotel is close to Bal Harbor for fun shopping (real or window). Everyone we encountered was great. Overall, a relaxing and luxurious stay!

This is more of a heads up: getting to the beach involves going through a locked gate (take your key!) and crossing a public path (we saw very few people on the path). Team at the beach was great!

I always enjoy Four Seasons staff remember me I feel comfortable and love the area.

Room spacious, very clean I have stayed previously and prefer to stay at this hotel in fact I visit a few times a year only stopping due to pandemic last year.

We loved the room, we were together as a family and had lots of fun.

The steak house on property was excellent. Excellent food, outstanding service.

The room service which we tried 2 times was absolutely horrible. I mean bad food, bad service. Bread without butter, when they brought the butter(for three people) it was a ball literally 1” across. Chicken soup not edible, salad not edible! How is that when there was fresh lettuce right downstairs in both of their Restaraunt’s?

Very helpful staffs and concierge, well maintained hotel facility, exceptional sunset view from the balcony.

very clean, quite stay.

Room is Big modern with Big Bath. Everybody who work at the Hotel is very nice ! The Restaurant and Bar is the original building from 1930. Love it . Great breakfast.

There is a dress code in Restaurant . You can't have Dinner outside. The beach is very narrow not like South beach. There is not much around. Expensive food and Drinks.
